OzoneShield Protection is proudly an Australian business with Head Offices based in Queensland and Victoria, shipping our products from local warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Australia. 

Dispatch

Our team works diligently to have your orders packed and dispatched efficiently, so you receive
your products safely and as quickly as possible. 

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business day of your order being placed. 

Whenever possible, we aim to dispatch your order on the same day. 

Delivery Options

Click & Collect  For our local Queensland customers, we offer a free Click & Collect service from our Burleigh Heads location. Once your order is placed, we will arrange a convenient pickup time and location. 

To use this option, select "Local Pick-Up" at checkout. 

You will need to present a valid photo ID and a copy of your order upon collection. 

Please note, orders for Click & Collect not collected within 14 days from the purchase date will be cancelled and refunded, less any applicable transaction fees (such as After pay or Zip Pay). A courtesy reminder will be sent via email after 7 days. 

Standard Delivery

Postage Partner: Australia Post 
Delivery Time Frame: 2–7 business days 
Cost: Flat rate $10 nationwide, fully tracked 

Express Delivery

Postage Partner: Australia Post 
Delivery Time Frame: 1–2 business days 
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, fully tracked 

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond OzoneShield Protection Protection’s control. 

If you suspect an issue with your delivery, please contact us via email at info@ozoneshield.com.au or on our social media channels within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email. 

We will work with our couriers to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. 

For orders including pre-order items, your order is subject to the terms outlined in our Pre-Order Policy.
