Change of Mind

OzoneShield Protection does not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Return Time Frames

All returns, and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order or product. 

Faulty or Damaged Products

OzoneShield Protection will only issue refunds or exchanges for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the incorrect item was received. Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product’s performance are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

How to Apply for Exchange or Refund

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please follow these steps: 

Contact us via email at info@ozoneshield.com.au or through our social media channels
within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Provide photos of the product, packaging, and your order number. 

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours

If your refund or exchange is approved, we will provide a prepaid postage label for you to return the item
via Australia Post. Once we receive your returned product, a final inspection will be conducted.
Upon approval, you will be offered an exchange or refund. 

For exchanges, we will provide you with a coupon code equal to the value of the returned item, including postage costs. Example: If your returned item costs $15, you will receive a coupon worth $25 to cover the item and postage. 

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed in the original payment method and currency used for purchase. Please note that exchange rates may vary, and OzoneShield Protection Protection is not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount due to currency fluctuations. 

Credit Card Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original card used. It may take up to 30 days to reflect on your statement. 

PayPal Refunds 

If paid via PayPal balance or bank account, refunds will return to your PayPal balance. 

If paid by credit card through PayPal, refunds will be credited back to the card and may take up to 30 days to show on your statement.
